Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with tags, a hygiene sticker, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number and e-mail as proof of purchase. 

To start your return, please contact our customer support team at info@the7thavenue.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

All of The 7th Avenue swimwear are non-refundable, so please make sure to follow the size guide or email us if you have any questions before purchasing to ensure the perfect fitting. If you find your swimwear is not fitting right, We are more than happy to exchange by issuing you a store credit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Damaged / Faulty Items

   Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or received the wrong item to evaluate and resolve the issue.

  • Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping nor reimburse for it.
